I got my 2nd Jones bag, a carry bag by the way (I'm 70 by the way and am carrying again because of Jones), and the day it came it went on sale. Customer service happily gave me a gift card for the difference as well as answered some questions about my new bag. You can tell they are a good company because their employees are always helpful and happy to talk to a customer on the phone. Keep up the good work, I will happily continue to find things to buy stuff from you.
