Jones was able to provide a replacement bag for me after I had a malfunction with the cooler zipper pocket of my Trouper 3.0, within the warranty period. After initial pushback from a customer service representative over email, I was able to contact them over the phone and explain my issues and they were more than happy to help resolve the issue. The replacement bag performs as expected and am hoping this new bag will last for years to come!
