This is my second Trouper bag. After a couple years, my first still works fantastic, I just wanted a newer one in a different color. The canvas material is super durable. I stick a couple drinks and uncrustables in the cooler pouch with a small ice pack and they stay cold the whole round in 100 degree AZ heat. When I had a few questions on my most recent purchase, Jesse answered my email with the hour and was incredibly helpful.
