Ordered £180 boots on 25th November with expected despatch of 16th December.
It’s now the evening of 29th December and I have emailed twice, used the chat (was closed down without checking or resolving), replied to the obviously disingenuous response to my TrustPilot review 3 times … absolutely no response, no update on delivery, I can only assume I won’t receive this item, any response, or a refund. Company clearly couldn’t care less.
Bad enough but this was bought as a Christmas present.
Avoid.
