I ordered a pair of shoes 8 weeks ago. When they arrived, they were the wrong size so I requested a returns label and the courier collected the package the following day.
Confirmation from the courier and the tracking link provided confirm that the shoes have arrived in the Jones warehouse, however, they cannot find the shoes and therefore will not refund my money. Apparently, despite everyone saying that the package returned safely, it is my problem to find the shoes before a refund will be processed!!
