I have resided in my property, with JS as the agent, since it was bought by my landlord with me as a sitting tenant, for the past 2-3 years. There was issues in the beginning with an ex member of staff, but now I only deal with Laura and she is amazing. Always honest, knowledgeable and prepared to listen. She honestly cares about the tenants and will always try 100% her best to solve issues, that may arise. All the other staff in the office are lovely and understand that I will only deal with Laura and know it is nothing personal to them. Hand on heart, I can not recommend this company enough.
