“It took 7 phone calls to arrange a viewing for a property. I had two basic follow up questions regarding the property that I had prior to wanting to make an offer. I was ignored via email and phone call. I then received a voicemail meant for someone else with another false promise that someone would get back to me with basic info on the property, safe to say this never happened. Total incompetence.”
