There was issues in the beginning with an ex member of staff, but now I only deal with Laura and she is amazing. Always honest, knowledgeable and prepared to listen. She honestly cares about the tenants and will always try 100% her best to solve issues, that may arise. All the other staff in the office are lovely and understand that I will only deal with Laura and know it is nothing personal to them.
