“A lettings agent that is happily complicit in and supportive of unlawful practice by a landlord in the Burnley area resulting in thousands of pounds of stolen property. Director Gareth is devoid of impartiality and morally barren. Member of staff Tristan is woefully inept, wholeheartedly unprofessional and whose only competence is his consistent, considerable rudeness. A frankly vile company.”
“We turned up to view a property that was up for sale. We waited 15 minutes and no one from the estate agent turned up. There was already two people waiting outside the property that had a viewing 10 minutes before ours. No one from the estate agent called me or the couple before us to cancel our viewing.
I then re arranged the viewing to which a day before the viewing it got cancelled again!!
I also don’t think 10 minute viewings are enough time to have a look around a property and discus things.
I am a first time buyer and this is the worst service I’ve had with any estate agent. Very disappointed.”
