I couldn't give less than a star, such companies should be closed since they are scammers. I've bought a toy via order 37E96X7W and it came with a broken leg. I asked for a refund and provided some pictures with it. Then I was asked by their incompetent support to provide a picture of the package it came it, I did that as well. Then I was asked to provide a video by smashing the toy with a heavy object so that it's destroyed. I provided that as well. Then I was asked to provide a video of cutting the toy with a sccisor, it seem were trying to avoid at all costs the refund. Since I declined this and asked for the refund since I already spent enough time providing evidence I got the refund declined. Save yourself the time and go to alibaba or other serious platforms and avoid these scammers.
