I had an issue receiving a product that did not match
the customer support was ver offensive and unprofessional
after reaching out to the management was promised to get a refund
after 20 days no refund was received, I reached out to support again
they said ( the transaction did not go through )
they do not want to provide a transaction number, no proof of payment , and they do not want to issue a new refund ( they said that they cannot guarantee i will receive the money ) and offered instead to get points that can be used for one complete purchase , no partial purchases , and they expire after a while
and when i asked to get refunded and provided with the new transaction number of proof of payment ( they stoped responding ()
