Such a shame as have used Joshua James on several occasions and has always been good. Not this time, cannot fulfull the order, kept fobbing me off. Alternative they offered expected me to pay more for even though not my fault but due to using a previous discount code they sent me.
For the sake of £6 the wouldn't upgrade my order. I insisted that my money be returned that day (enough is enough). They put the phone down on me.
i will be sharing this experience with friends and relatives...........................bye bye Joshua James...such a shame.
