“I have used this online site many times now for small gifts for my family and can honestly say that I have only had one problem in all my dealings with Joshua James, However after only one phone call and the relative information emailed to a lovely lady called Jade my problem was solved and rectified the next day.. brilliant service.”

“Gold wedding ring bought and paid for online, still not delivered 8 weeks later. I have had to do all the chasing, zero updates from the seller unless in response to my messages and I’ve been consistently informed that delivery is coming. Terrible customer service and now left with no choice but to escalate via PayPal for a refund.”

“Similar to another reviewer, I ordered a wedding band on the 17 July that was meant to take 14-21 working days to deliver. But as yet I have received nothing (9th Sep 25). I received a receipt for payment but no communication unless instigated by me. They responded to two WhatsApp messages in August saying it was due for hallmarking and delivery in the next week. Since then there has been no communication. I’ve had to raise a complaint via PayPal and am still, 8 weeks on, waiting for my refund.”

“I ordered a wedding band on the 26th July that was meant to take 14-21 working days to deliver. But as yet I have seen nothing (5th Sep 25). They responded to a WhatsApp on 22nd August saying it was due for hallmarking and delivery in the next week. Since then there has been no communication despite calling and messaging several times. It is my wedding next weekend so I've had to order a backup ring from somewhere else, and I'm over £1000 out of pocket. I'm leaving this review partially in the hope someone from Joshua James will see it and send me my ring.”

“Ring was great but the communication from the company was less than ideal. Only with me chasing them did they update me that there would be a delay Not good for what is which an important occasion! Would not recommend if you are expecting them to keep you updated or stick to timelines”

“I ordered a 2mm platinum court ring. It was quite a long time arriving and I chased it a couple of times. But oh my, when it came it was worth the wait. Absolutely spot on and gorgeous. Just remember to order well in advance and all will be well.”

“I ordered my ring on the 26th of April for my wedding on the 25th of May. 29 days apart. On the 15th of May i hadn’t had an updated so asked for confirmation that it would be delivered in time for my wedding. I was told it was being posted on the 20th of May, by the 23rd of May it still hadn’t arrived and when I contacted Joshua James I was told that they workshop was closed but it should have been posted. The ring hadn’t been posted, it didn’t arrive for my wedding, it finally arrived on the 29th of May, after being posted on the 28th. There was no apology or recognition from the company.”

“Ordered a pair of platinum wedding rings from Joshua James, and they are exactly what we wanted. On one of the rings I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but a simple email to support and they were able to resolve it without issue. The order took slightly longer than the specified timeframe, but the quality of the products more than makes up for it. I would definitely use again.”

“Took ages to come. Was way overdue when I received and took me to have to keep chasing up where my order was. When received it was beautiful, within half hour of wearing I noticed a scratch on it. I’ve been wearing it a while now and it’s covered in scratches. So a bit gutted it marks so easy for the price it cost but it’s still a nice plain band which I needed for work.”

“Beautiful quality jewellery and very fairly priced. My only wish would be that you could check the status of your order without having to message and bother people. The customer service was EXCELLENT when I did but I felt a little 'naggy' when I kept asking. This was purely me, I wasn't made to feel this way by Joshua James staff. I did make an amendment to my order for some engraving quite late on and this was accommodated with no qualms at all.”

“I ordered a replacement platinum wedding ring online after doing lots of research and browsing online and in various shops. They looked to have the perfect ring for the best price. I wasn’t disappointed. The variations available online for the chosen design were very easy to choose. I even managed to update my original order after 5 days to a slightly wider band with very little effort and great customer service. My ring took about 6 weeks to arrive and I’m extremely pleased with it. I chose a medium weight platinum ring which I thought was a good weight. Think I would have found the heavy weight version too heavy. It’s been extremely well made and the free engraving of our names inside is beautiful. I would highly recommend ordering from this company and would definitely order from them again.”

“Fantastic, I looked for my partners engagement ring for months trying to find some classic and stylish. After going to the high Street stores I found them to be expensive and felt/looked plastic like. I was unsure weather to but online but I'm so happy I found Joshua James. Found the perfect ring for and amazing price. When the ring arrived, delivered before the required time, I was over the moon and my partner has had nothing but compliments. Highly recommend.”

“My to be husband is very happy with his ring. And the customer service has been absolutely brilliant! I ordered a size we thought was perfect after going to many high street shops to try on however, when the ring arrived it flew straight off! JJ’s return/exchange process is super easy and the ring was re-delivered after being re-sized. Could not fault the service!”
