Similar to another reviewer, I ordered a wedding band on the 17 July that was meant to take 14-21 working days to deliver. But as yet I have received nothing (9th Sep 25). I received a receipt for payment but no communication unless instigated by me.
They responded to two WhatsApp messages in August saying it was due for hallmarking and delivery in the next week. Since then there has been no communication.
I’ve had to raise a complaint via PayPal and am still, 8 weeks on, waiting for my refund.
