Ordered a pair of platinum wedding rings from Joshua James, and they are exactly what we wanted. On one of the rings I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but a simple email to support and they were able to resolve it without issue. The order took slightly longer than the specified timeframe, but the quality of the products more than makes up for it. I would definitely use again.
