Beautiful quality jewellery and very fairly priced. My only wish would be that you could check the status of your order without having to message and bother people. The customer service was EXCELLENT when I did but I felt a little 'naggy' when I kept asking. This was purely me, I wasn't made to feel this way by Joshua James staff. I did make an amendment to my order for some engraving quite late on and this was accommodated with no qualms at all.
