“I ordered my wedding band from Joshua James and I am extremely happy. After a short online chat with a member of the team I felt confident in ordering my product. The ring is great quality and at a great price. Not that this would happen on every order but it arrived waaaay ahead of what I expected. I’d order again”

“The necklace was nice however I made a mistake at the checkout and forgot to get gift wrap. I emailed them 2 mins later and they completely ignored my e-mail and sent it out not gift wrapped. Extremely poor customer service .”

“Quick and efficient process. They were very accommodating changing the order after purchase and scheduled delivery around my holiday to avoid it being sent back to Royal Mail sorting office. Would definitely recommend.”
