“I ordered a 2mm platinum court ring. It was quite a long time arriving and I chased it a couple of times. But oh my, when it came it was worth the wait. Absolutely spot on and gorgeous. Just remember to order well in advance and all will be well.”

“Ordered a pair of platinum wedding rings from Joshua James, and they are exactly what we wanted. On one of the rings I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but a simple email to support and they were able to resolve it without issue. The order took slightly longer than the specified timeframe, but the quality of the products more than makes up for it. I would definitely use again.”

“I ordered a replacement platinum wedding ring online after doing lots of research and browsing online and in various shops. They looked to have the perfect ring for the best price. I wasn’t disappointed. The variations available online for the chosen design were very easy to choose. I even managed to update my original order after 5 days to a slightly wider band with very little effort and great customer service. My ring took about 6 weeks to arrive and I’m extremely pleased with it. I chose a medium weight platinum ring which I thought was a good weight. Think I would have found the heavy weight version too heavy. It’s been extremely well made and the free engraving of our names inside is beautiful. I would highly recommend ordering from this company and would definitely order from them again.”

“Fantastic, I looked for my partners engagement ring for months trying to find some classic and stylish. After going to the high Street stores I found them to be expensive and felt/looked plastic like. I was unsure weather to but online but I'm so happy I found Joshua James. Found the perfect ring for and amazing price. When the ring arrived, delivered before the required time, I was over the moon and my partner has had nothing but compliments. Highly recommend.”

“My to be husband is very happy with his ring. And the customer service has been absolutely brilliant! I ordered a size we thought was perfect after going to many high street shops to try on however, when the ring arrived it flew straight off! JJ’s return/exchange process is super easy and the ring was re-delivered after being re-sized. Could not fault the service!”
