My to be husband is very happy with his ring. And the customer service has been absolutely brilliant! I ordered a size we thought was perfect after going to many high street shops to try on however, when the ring arrived it flew straight off! JJ’s return/exchange process is super easy and the ring was re-delivered after being re-sized. Could not fault the service!
