No jewellery after 2 weeks of waiting. No reply to my emails and no way phoning them as the line cuts out after telling me to go through the bloody email route!!!! I wanted this as a present for my daughter but now I will have to look elsewhere as I don't want to disappoint her. Very angry with the very poor service and lack of accessibility to a human being. Especially as we are paying premium prices for this jewellery. And using covid as an excuse to provide such a poor service is farcical as I have placed orders with companies abroad since ordering from Joshua James and the have already arrived!
