I wanted to like them, I really did. I had no problems with an order I placed in December - the item arrived quickly and was dealt with efficiently. But a recent order has been like water torture: their communications (or lack thereof) are shocking. A simple question - about poor service - takes days and at least three promptings to get any answer.
Items that were shown on the website as being in stock and that would be despatched within 1-2 days just failed to appear - with no explanation. Then the constant exhausting chasing to find out where they were and what was going on.
Such a shame but I can't see that I could put myself through this again - I'll have to find an alternative Trollbeads distributor.
