I only gave this review 4 out 5 because there were a couple of thing's that stopped a 5 star rating.. 1st I had arranged for the delivery to go to a neighbor as I was going to be out on the given delivery date! then later I received a mail informing me that the delivery would be delayed 24 hrs. So I phoned customer services to change the delivery back to my home address as I was available for the revised delivery date, a mail was sent confirming the delivery info had been changed back to me and my house number, but the driver still had the neighbors address for the delivery and the driver was quite rude when I tried to explain the situation he eventually allowed my husband to sign for the package. The second reason is that the free jewelry box given with this watch didn't arrive it was not indicated at any point that it was out of stock and I still have had no communication of it's expected availability or delivery, I have sent a mail for an update but I am still awaiting a reply.... The Thomas Sabo Watch is perfect, I love it. Regards Carol
