Still not been delivered 3 weeks later. Customer care team just keep saying wait another 14 days.
No charms, poor service. The charms were fit 2 grandparents 60th birthday presents, postage stated 48 hours, nearly 3 weeks later I’m out of pocket and have looked a fool with no gifts On 2 birthdays
Custom care is a disgrace.
