Haven’t received my order and customer services are making me wait 14 days until they take it further. So I’ve paid £50 for a bracelet and still waiting for it even though it was dispatched 17th November! Clearly they don’t read emails properly if they are emailing me asking me to
review something I haven’t even received yet.
