Sent me a faulty nomination charm, was told to go to a PO to return it during lockdown, when I asked for a pre-paid slip was like I was asking for the world! Terrible customer service even though I provided clear photos of the damaged charm refused to refund or replace. Not an apology and when I asked for a managers name that is literally all I got, no contact email or number. This was a gift to go with the bracelet I also bought with 4 other charms so you would think I would be treat better but no. Disgusting company would never buy again and will be taking further action to get a refund of a damaged charm they sent to me. They should be going out their way to do something but quite the opposite, disgusting, and Helen in customer service should not be in that job as she does not know how to treat a customer.
