I ordered a Pandora bead which arrived quickly but was not in a box but had a tiny pandora bag that I had to assemble myslef. I have ordered 2 other beads from other suppliers this month both of which arrived in a proper padded box. The bead looks fine, but the whol transaction lost it's shine with poor quality packaging. I have several friends with pandora bracelets, I won't bother to order again from this retailer.
