While I am perfectly happy with my purchase from Joshua James Jewellery, I must admit to being very disappointed with your customer service.
I ordered my wife's xmas present on the 4th of December thinking it should be here in time. I work for the royal mail so I appreciate how busy things have been this year and especially this xmas, with massive back logs and a substantial amount of online orders being made by one and all. Apparently my item had been dispatched, as I had received an email informing me of this on the 6th December, so I wasn't panicking. Yet having still not arrived and there being no tracking number to trace, I contacted the company on the 22nd or 23rd checking that it had definitely been sent, received an automated response and have still not received any formal response (30th December).
Thankfully the jewelry arrived on the 24th.
