Ordered items came next day = fantastic service - ordered two more items = came next day - poor service wrong item sent phoned up and assured item would be sent straight away - still waiting - phoned up and was told very rudely it was sent by Royal Mail because order was not over £70 !! ( it was when I originally ordered the right items !!! And as Royal Mail was slower would have to wait and I am still waiting - even though I stated I needed the item for an occasion - will not use this company again :(
