I purchased 2 nomination engraved charms from this site. One was perfect but one has marks on , like it’s been caught with the engraving machine. I’ve messaged them 3 times I had a reply to clean the charm because it was probably oil, to which made no difference. I emailed them again, to say this hadn’t worked and would like a solution as it was a Christmas gift. But I’ve still not had a reply, replacement or refund or any form of communication!! Very very disappointed!!
