My delivery arrived quickly which was perfect, I was a little disappointed with the lack of protection around my item but it wasn't damaged. I didn't receive my free give box at first but ha a reply withing an hour of my complaint email and my gift box arrived the next day. Very pleased with the way it was all handled, very polite apologetic and professional I will be using them again!
