So the charms i ordered were a birthday present to my wife were a present from the boys and I but when they delivered there was 1 missing. This was reflected in the order invoice but no warning had been given that 1 would be missing. Sent e-mails and tried the phone number (which tells you to then send e-mails) but no response. Would prefer the charm ordered but should at least get my money back if it is not going to be delivered but no response so far.
