Overall pleased with service, but was disappointed that no gift wrapping service was available. I ordered item as a christmas present as I live in singapore and it would be great if a gift delivery service was available so as not to spoil the surprise. The recipient has not yet opened the gift so I am assuming the product is in good condition.
I did have to send a mail to check my order had been placed as I didn't receive any email confirmation, but your customer services team were very quick to respond which was appreciated.
