Purchased goods for a Christmas present on the 9th December, good still not received, not much sympathy from supplier, ..... sorry 14 day policy before we consider good lost.
£50 spent and goods not sent recorded delivery or even via a courier! ... no tracking details, disappointed!! .... company just used Royal Mail normal delivery
Company advised order another via our website .... communication was good to be fair but approach to problem poor
