Unfortunately I expected more as I used Joshua James last year but this year they were not as good.
Web site stock had inaccurate stock information
£10 gift card unique reference number would not work
Presentation was poor... all other sites send Pandora and links of London beads in their presentation boxes, Joshua James is a 'do-it-yourself'. Expensive beads sent stapled to the invoice in plastic bags and gift boxes sent separately.
All together a very disappointing service.
