I'm very upset - as a new and regular customer I was very happy with your service for my first 2 orders but I have still yet no recieved order 520477 on Tuesday the 7th of July. You said it would be 4-6 working days for you to order it in I have still not received it and I have called twice and felt your staff have been less than impressive in this situation. I bought it for my friends birthday on the 17th July which is now very overdue!!
And nobody seems to care!!
