I bought a serenity silver entwined ring delivered on 11/12/20 I didn’t wear it until 11/1/21 on 18/1/21 the ring broke. On 22/1/21 I received a confirmation email from you saying you had received the ring. Despite sending you a number of email I’m still waiting for my refund.
