If I could score 0 I would , sent for a Mother’s Day charm 3 weeks in advance on next day delivery , they sent the wrong charm and the wrong invoice so I messaged them as if you ring them it tells you to fill out the contact form, they took 4 days to reply and apologised and said send it back . I messaged back to say I needed a return label for dpd four days later a message to say they would email one . It never came so I contacted them again 2 days later a message to say they would send another ( another ! They never sent one in the first place) It was getting closer to Mother’s Day so I returned the charm with Royal Mail with a note inside explaining everything , someone signed for it the next day , 4 days later I contacted them again to ask what was happening they messaged back saying could I send proof that I’d posted it and describe the package so they could find it fgs. The Friday before Mother’s Day I got an email to say they had found it but they had no Mother’s Day charms left ! They are useless and will never order from them again , I recommend anyone thinking of ordering read the reviews first as I wish I had ! And I recommend Joshua James improve there customer contact
