Overall, I was very pleased with the speed and quality of the delivery and felt that I got value for money. The only criticism I would like to make is that I ordered two very small charms for my Nomination bracelet, and whilst I appreciate that you don't want to highlight the value of the contents of the envelope, I believe that the charms could have been more securely packaged. Not realising what was in the envelope, and believing it to be advertising, my husband almost threw the envelope away.
