I ordered 3 Trollbeads beads which entitled me to a free bracelet & lock. I rang to ask when my order would be dispatched as I hadn't heard anything after a couple of days. I was told that the bracelets were out of stock & they would send the beads & the bracelet would follow. I was told that the locks were also out of stock. I received my beads & a lock under separate cover but no bracelet. I had to chase the bracelet up by sending 2 (unanswered emails) & phoning twice. I eventually received a call saying they would send the bracelet out, no apology though. The customer service I received was dreadful, lack of communication & they've still not replied to my emails. I won't be ordering from them again!
