My delivery was very fast especially when it had to come as far as the Shetland Islands. The packaging was excellent and was delighted with my order. The only problems was that it said that I would get a free Thomas Sabo diary with my order, if I ordered over a certain amount, but I did not receive the free diary. It was on the delivery note but not in the parcel. If you had run out, it would have been helpful to have stated this and sent one when you had more stock, or has it just been missed? Besides this, I was very happy with my the goods received.
