Ordering extremely misleading (DPD next day delivery! - order on Thursday but could deliver until Tuesday. I paid additional for this but if I took the free delivery option I would have had it by the Saturday (which is what I wanted). Contacted Customer Sevices - rude and arrogant response, quite frankly THE WORST I had ever experienced. Email follow up with a 'manager' who advised that my refund had been issued - however the paid P&P was not reflected in the refund and had to ask for this refund. Conclusion - I will never use this company EVER again and asked for my details to be remover from their database (guess what - I'm still receiving their email promotions) - BEWARE FOLKS!
