My wife was delighted to receive her Thomas Sabo dragonfly earrings which I bought her as an anniversary gift. Unfortunately one fell out on the first day, which she did find amazingly, but the backs provided with the earrings have little if any purchase to the shaft and now she is too afraid to wear them going out in case she loses one....or both! This is clearly a design fault and one which needs to be addressed or I would assume other customers will have similar experiences. I was pleased with the site and the speed of delivery as my wife has quite a number of jewellery items from Thomas Sabo.
