Having placed an order just before Christmas, I was very pleased with the speed of the delivery. I was very pleased with the quality of the items I received. The only query I have is that I am still waiting to receive the free Thomas Sabo jewellery box that my order qualified for. On the delivery note, this item was highlighted. I wondered if there was a reason for this? I have attempted to telephone on several occasions to gain an update on my enquiry but to no avail.
