Quick service with shipping items, but not such a quick turn around on returns and refunds.....
I returned an item as a double order was sent even though an email was sent cancelling the original order. I was told it was an oversight as my email had not been picked up.....
I was told my postage would be refunded, but because of the value of the items the post office said I needed to pay £6.55 to guarantee safe delivery to you, but you only paid me £2.03, so even though you missed my cancellation email I am out of pocket..........
