Sent numerous emails, still got nowhere. Requested 2 tools initially as spend over £60 and explained for 2 people but apparently you expect customers to go through the process twice, then the offer of a free bracelet came up the day I received the items, got told it was policy and I could return items, get a refund processed, reorder the exactly same items but on 2 orders, get 2 tools and my free bracelet. How ridiculous. No comman sense and no respect for your customers and terrible service by saying its policy. And asking the same question on three emails and only getting a answer on 4th attempt. Terrible. Wouldn't care but as a business you were going to cost yourself a more money and time. Trading standards have been informed, awful company which is shame!!!!!! Utterly let down!!!!!!
