Charm arrived very promptly and free delivery was a bonus. Was just a little bit disappointed when only arrived with soft gift pouch. Bought this for a friend and would have preferred a charm gift box as looks a lot nicer when giving as a present. Rang my local Pandora store who very kindly agreed that if i took it into their store they would put it in a gift box and wrap it for me. I did this a few days later and am very pleased.
