I ordered a necklace and just received an empty box. They said the necklace was stapled to the invoice which 1) makes no sense when they sent out a box and 2) there was nothing stapled to the invoice. I have had multiple back and forth emails asking for a replacement before I was informed the item was out of stock because my original order had been the last one. I am yet to receive a refund and now only have a few days before a christmas to find an alternative christmas present. All in all, a very frustrating experience.
