Really disappointed. Have ordered significantly in the past and great service but been really let down this time. Placed an order for 7 charms. Sent email on the 7th Dec that order would be sent shortly but 2 charms out of stock. Rang to query email and was told that missing charms would be in on Thursday and with me my Monday 14th. Explained urgency as many of the charms were to be sent abroad for Christmas. Also asked after the blood group charms and told no longer made (then found these at Nomination counter in Westfields) Rang wed 16th - charms still not in stock and hadn't even sent those that were in stock!! Best part was the customer service who not even remotely apologetic. Off back to Westfields - I guess when it comes down to the crunch - one can't beat local service!M
