Ordered a charm for my daughter for a Christmas gift. It arrived very quickly and was exactly as advertised, although I didn't realise just how small the charms are but unless you own a bracelet then you would not be aware of how they fit into the bracelet. I am sure my daughter will be pleased and would order from here again as it was a swift delivery and a guaranteed back up if not satisfied.
