Placed two orders at the same time. All five charms were delivered quickly and correctly. Packaging not very secure. One thin jiffy bag was damaged and open all along one side...luckily the charm didn't fall out as one staple holding small plastic grip bag to paperwork and paperwork was wedged into the jiffy bag! Would still use again.
